Refund and Return Policy

At GSM Player, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different model or color, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide your order number and reason for the exchange. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
